YOU HAVE THE IDEAS.
YOU HAVE THE AMBITION
SO WHY DOES THE WORK FEEL HEAVIER THAN IT SHOULD?
Most creative blocks don't come from a lack of talent.
They come from pressure.
“From Pressure to Flow” is an intimate workshop for creative people who want to keep their ambition, but like to change what drives it.
Do you recognise this?
You stop working but your mind doesn't.
You question every decision, even the ones you've already made.
You care deeply about what you create and somehow that makes starting harder, not easier.
Pressure doesn't always feel like stress.
Sometimes it feels like ambition.
Sometimes it just feels like you.
“From Pressure to Flow” creates space to recognise those patterns, understand what may be quietly driving them, and return to a more natural, sustainable creative flow.
Not by becoming less ambitious.
By learning how to work without letting pressure lead.

What the workshop helps you do:
Recognise
How pressure shows up in your thoughts, your body and your creative behaviour.
And what patterns like overthinking, perfectionism and avoidance may be protecting.
Interrupt
Simple tools to pause the pattern before it takes over and create enough space to hear
yourself again.
Return
To clearer thinking, more grounded action and a way of working that feels more like you.

Meet the Facilitator
Maartje Irene Peeters
Womenswear designer and creative leader with more than 12 years of fashion-industry experience across four countries.
From Pressure to Flow grew from Maartje’s own experience of navigating ambition, pressure and creative block. She began noticing the patterns that repeatedly pushed creative work into pressure; and what changed when she stopped forcing the output and started paying attention to what was underneath.
Those insights became the foundation of the From Pressure to Flow method: a structured framework for recognising pressure and returning to clearer, more sustainable creative action.
